Characteristics of Bonded NdFeB magnets

1.       Any directional magnetization: Any modes of magnetization are available: in inner/outer radial multi-pole, actinoid, multi-angles slanting, axial mult-pole and other directions.

2.       High precision: All kinds of products in irregular shape and super-thin size are available. The required high precision is obtained after molding without further process.

3.       Excellent magnetic properties: The (BH)max of bonded NdFeB magnet is three times as large as anisotropic ferrite, and the iHc is high. The properties are stable and the conformity is good. The deviation is within five percent range.

4.       Stable working temperature: The working temperature if bonded NdFeB magnet can reach 150°C.

5.       Good corrosion-resistance: Our Bonded NdFeB magnet is covered with resin or parylene coating. The corrosion-resistance is good. The surface is smooth and nice without bubble, crack, strip-off or chip.
